Change Management
Phalgune Infotech’s Change Management Methodology is derived from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The goal of our methodology is to minimize the impact of change-related issues on the quality of service, thereby improving the operations of the clients systems. At the on-set of each client engagement we establish a Change Control Board (CCB) of key project stakeholders to ensure the proper management of change throughout the project.
Our methodology achieves the following objectives for change control:
- Standardization of the introduction of change in the supported systems environment
- Documentation of procedures associated with the running, supporting and maintaining systems
- Minimization of service disruptions due to poorly planned deployments
- Reduction of back-out activities in the event of a failed change to the software or hardware components of a solution
