Our Service Assurance (SA) methodology is a set of consistent processes to ensure the completeness and high quality of project deliverables and work products. Our SA methodology requires participation and buy-in from client stakeholders with mutually agreed upon performance criteria.


Our Service Assurance (SA) Methodology goals are to:
